Shouldn't there be pages for all the volumes?

There should be. I'm pretty sure John Benson input the data on this one, and I don't know if he had any of the other ones. If you have any, please add.
A list of all releases could be put on Meathead Records, I don't think there'd be enough to justify creating a seperate page. Alternatively or concurrently, one could create Category:Meathead Records Releases for the albums, etc. We've done it both ways on various parts of the site, and I don't know which method is better.
