Biography
ANNIHILATION TEXT (previously known as First Fallen, name changed December 2006). Old First Fallen material still remains as part of the Annihilation Text set. Myspace page for the band is http://www.myspace.com/invoketerror
Debut recording effort "Defamation Manifesto" recorded March 2007, released April 2007 as CD-R demo w/complete jewel case packaging. Track listing includes "Malignant Prophecy", "Swine of the Cloth", "Psalm Mute", "Blasphemous Rebellion", "Vengeful Conquest" and "Shepherds of Pestilence". Tracked & engineered by Shaun Kelly, produced by Shaun Kelly and Annihilation Text.
New songs are being written for a second CD currently planned to be recorded in Spring 2008. As of November 2007, four songs are finished, "Burn With the Pious" and "Falls of Servitude" being two of them (part of the band's current live set). A goal of around 6-8 new tracks are the focus for this next project.
FINAL UDPATE As of September 2008 Annihilation Text's run came to and end. The final gig was in support of Origin and Cryptopsy at Kilroy's in Thunder Bay on September 11th, 2008. Following the departure of founding vocalist Cory "The Goat" Gauthier, the majority of the band decided to call it a day as well. Future projects from all members will surface eventually.
