Hit em hard and hit em again. That’s how the Thunder Bay, Ontario based rock cover band, Cheap & Easy, does business. Cheap & Easy are composed of four highly experienced and technically sound members who equally share a passion for both the modern and classic rock music that they perform. The band’s high energy performances includes a wide variety of popular hard rock tracks from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s as well as modern rock hits that keep crowds begging for more!
The band is led by youthful and energetic front man, Andrew Edwards, on lead vocals and rhythm guitar. Mike Grundy is a pure monster on lead guitar duties, while both bassist Alex Walsh and drummer Jim Gionet are rock solid on their respective instruments, while providing spot on backup vocal performances.
Looking to create a dedicated band that was full of fire and energy, Edwards was introduced to Grundy and Gionet, who had previously been in a successful hard cover rock act that had recently disbanded, through a mutual friend. Still requiring a bassist, Edwards asked good friend and former band mate Alex Walsh to round out the group.
Cheap & Easy is the kind of band that has a good time night in and night out by playing crowd pleasing rock hits, satisfying both small and large crowds, thus leaving the boys locked, loaded and ready to rock any club or party looking to have a fist pumping good time. One thing’s for sure; Cheap & Easy always leave their audience coming back for more rock and roll that feels so damn good.
