Biography
((Playing in clubs from the age of 13 with local Marathon band Joker, Rob McCarthy, guitar, Brad Oja Guitar /Vocals, Ken Oja Guitar/ Vocals and Jim Gosling Bass / Vocals, Palmer left Marathon with Rob McCarthy joining with Tracy Young and Greg Rice in the band Satu.
After playing on the road for some time Palmer joined Midway - a recording act from Halifax including Chico Lapointe, Jacques Cartier, Marty ? playing across Quebec and the rest of Canada for a time. A twenty year rest, Palmer was approached by Al Langlade for the Langlade project which included Les Birta, Guitar, Graydon Butt Keyboards, Al Langlade Vocals and Sebastian Gilbeault. Palmer, Langlade and Birta then created BonJourney - adding Lou Bresnik first then later adding Roman Picco on the keys.
