As of the 80s, it was a restaurant called Bonanza with a legendary salad bar.
The Silverado
When the Country thing got big, it became the second bar to sport the name Silverado and associated country theme.
The building near High Street was the first Silverado, burnt down, and eventually became The Roxy. The building near Intercity was the second Silverado, and eventually became the first Roxy's. Confused yet?
