Is Quinoa Gluten Free?

When cooking quinoa there are a variety of factors that affect simply how much water you have to cook it in. The basic way is that you have two cups of water to a single cup of Quinoa. The Quinoa fields were eventually burned down if the Spanish conquerors came, though the cultivation of Quinoa lived on due to the other South American countries who put on the extender. About six years ago, Quinoa was finally shown North America.

Quinoa is not actually a grain, however, as it does not originate from grass. It is also more nutritious and much easier to digest than most grains. Quinoa is high in magnesium and iron and is made up of between 12-18% protein using a balanced pair of essential amino acids. It is gluten free and is a good source of fibers and phosphorus. On top of the vitamins and minerals, it cooks very fast and is really easy to prepare.

Cooked quinoa looks as being similar to fish roe, apart from the color. The texture is almost like fish roe too in order that it can be considered as the vegetarian version of fish roe!
