Apollo Groove Shuttle was a fusion/Jam Band that was active in 95-97. They combined many different styles of music such as rock, jazz, funk, R&B, progressive rock and blues into complex rhythms and continually revolving arrangements. The band often performed at L.U. Pub as well as Crock's n Roll's. They were popular with the Lakehead University crowd and often played organized university events with other bands of similar appeal such as Captain Red Beard (early incarnation of Burt Nielson Band).
