[[Beaver Cheese]] was an original band created by [[Dylan Benson]] (percussion) and [[Gerry Taylor]] (bass). They recruited Ron (guitar), Matt (vocals), and [[Joe Antonishin]] (lead guitar). The band was highly successful in the Thunder Bay area (for what that is worth...), and played in many of the local clubs and bars. [[Beaver Cheese]] broke up in 1993 or 1994 when one of the elderly members received a DUI, and was going to be several years late for the next practice. Joe, Gerry and Dylan reformed into the [[Mudskippers]] (not the mudflaps...), but the life of the band was short.
