127 Simpson Street, which was vacant. It was formerly known as Club 777 or the "Triple Nickel". It was located at the corner of Simpson and Miles. The building abutting it was the Remnant House, which was renovated last spring. It was a spectacular fire, and TBFR did an excellent job saving the neighbouring building.
