Biography

Jamie (James) played with Jeff Lahde in the late 1970s in Northern Ontario. Jamie then moved to Nipigon and play with an assortment of musicians in that area (Gord Ahl, Robert Hardy). Jamie moved to Thunder Bay in the early 1980s to attend university. During that time he played with Nightshift, The Bullets and Roadhouse. In 1988, he released a solo album called "Bad News."

He retired from playing in 1989 and has not played bars since that time.

These days, Jamie is a professor/registered psychologist and lives in Edmonton Alberta. In 2005, he returned to music and recorded the soundtrack for a local movie called "Green Eyes." He has signed a record deal with Retrospect Records in 2006. The album is called Ode to Joy consistent with his religious faith. He plays Guitar and Bass in his church.
