JR ( guitars, drums, sax, keys, bass, vocals, xylophone) started recording strange, sometimes incoherent and noisy, improvised psychedelic jams around 2003/2004 under the influence of Miles Davis, with Bert Mettam on guitars and drums, with random invites for the night featured on the recordings, from Dan Lix and Peter Hearst to sir Brodie Marshall, Ryan Pumphrey, Joshua Lee Hogan, John Paul De Roover and others. Many recordings from this era exist, if you dare ask, they are vaulted. Not friendly to most ears, but unique works nonetheless, belonging to the 'difficult listening' genre.

Last One Standing 2000-2002 Singer and lead guitar player in a local pop-punk band. Albino Rhino Briefly in a reggae band that played one show at 'Tonic' back when it was ....WARP 9. hilarious.

Urinal Auto Trouble: 2004 trippy electronic solo project, maybe two or three copies made, one lost in Scottish highlands in 2004.

Angels: in 2005, very few copies made, featured Brodie Marshall, Bert Mettam, JR, Ryan Pumphrey on bass and guitars , and Dan Lix on bass and Peter Hearst on guitar. I don't even think some of those people know they are on this album. (no royalties, fellas)

Montreal recordings 2005-2007,from sitar and standup bass free jazz to D&B metal, trombone screams, acoustic guitar jams, and press-play-on-the-keyboard electro-pop recordings. These are more loose collections of improvisations than bands, as there was never any names or live shows played.

Live in the Rat's Nest 2007-2008 A prolific period of improvised jams, sometimes made by gatherings numbering over 10 people, much of it recorded and vaulted without much scrutiny. Numerous cameos by people who came once, never to return, their names never known. A small trickle of 'noisy-collages' were assembled from these recordings that are unlike any 'music' you have ever heard.

Culkin 2009-2010 , Punk, Post punk, heavy psych, noise improv! (inspired by macauley culkin's mugshot.) Album not released but was still slowly being prepared for sharing even a couple of years later. These would be the recordings to ask for if you want to hear a significant non-contribution to the thunder bay music scene.
