Late Night Showing was formed in 2001 by Keith Baxter, Simon Baxter and Miika Himanen under the name The Upper Room. The band later changed their name to LNS while recording their album "Sign of Light" in 2005. The band played a small number of shows around Thunder Bay from 2003 to 2007 with Sunday Night Cruise, Noriah, Bail Out Strategy and others. The band's shows often featured guest appearances by Jon Tornblom as well as other friends of the band. The band broke up at the end of 2005 but reformed for one last show in April 2007.
