Chad Decent is an old soul. He plays music for fun and profit. He uses a guitar and hands connected to hairy arms. Sometimes he uses his mouth, too. That part is less good. Chad Decent is from Thunder Bay, but relocated to the Internet in the late nineties. When not making terrible music, Chad collects old wallpaper patters.
