'60s and '70s-influenced millennium rock music should want to sound this cool. This may be taken completely the wrong way, but this boy band would have sounded great on the Lilith Fair tour. O.K., sounds like it's really girl-friendly, right? Well, actually they are soft in some spots like "Julia Sun," but in an Elliott Smith kinda way. Then there are moments where they rock out like a Hendrix tune. This Thunder Bay, ON band are all over the map though, but solid sounding and somehow it works. I didn't hear any radio hits, not really top 40, but it has a groovy Saturday afternoon feel to it. Fairly pleasing to these pop ears.
