Biography
Without The Glory are a melodic alternative rock band from Thunder Bay, ON, Canada. Aaron Kainula (vocals/guitar), Timo Pehkonen (guitar), Alex Greig (guitar), Josh Therriault(bass) and Daniel Gallinger (drums) create a sound that is as tasteful as it is unique. Without The Glory draw influence from a wide array of genres ranging from punk rock to classic and alternative rock. When the melody driven rhythm guitars from Alex Greig are played under the soaring and uplifting lead guitar helpings from Timo Pehkonen, the two are able to capture a sound that has become dominant for Without The Glory. Josh Therriault and Daniel Gallinger provide an extremely energetic, and tightly crafted rhythm section that sets the foundation in every song. This is complemented by Aaron Kainula's contagious and transcendent vocal melodies that create a unique sing-along experience over a melodic rock fusion.
