Venue work
Did major renovation to the venues section. Split Category:Venues into subcategory Category:Defunct Venues. I've added 'The' to the titles of all venues that seem to have used it. For those venues that have 'The' in their title, I added sort keys (check how the category is listed at the bottom of the page) so that they appear in the category list in an order that makes sense. For the Disgraceland page, I transcluded the Category:Disgraceland Bands category using the categorytree extension so that the list appears on the page. I've also generated maps for all the venues for which I had addresses. I don't *think* there are any more dupes. That should do it for now.
