Jamie Lawlis is a Singer/Songwriter that has been actively composing and performing since the mid 90's. Jamie's music is largely acoustic based but is ambitious enough to be interpreted as full rock opera's. Influences include David Bowie, Beatles, Elton John, Alice In Chains, Gun's N Roses.
His musical style typically combines unorthodox chord arrangements with colorful lyrics that often draw from personal experience.
After years of fostering his skills in Thunder Bay, Jamie decided to make Toronto his home and the place to showcase his music by regularly playing such venues as the famous Horseshoe Tavern.
